Argentinian driver Franco Colapinto will give a demonstration drive on the streets of Buenos Aires this April 26th, behind the wheel of a 2012 Lotus E20 (in Alpine colors), a car with one of the most incredible stories in Formula 1. The story began with Kimi Raikkonen's arrival at Lotus for the 2012 season. A team that wasn't expected to achieve much offered the 2007 world champion a tempting clause in his contract: $50,000 for every point he scored. However, at the wheel of the very E20 that Colapinto will drive, Raikkonen had an incredible 2012 season. Against all odds, he scored 207 points, finishing third in the championship, just behind German Sebastian Vettel and Spanish Fernando Alonso. This sum was so enormous that it nearly brought the team to its knees.
